This "5 Secrets" presentation shows how sugar affects the hormones in the body leading to weight gain. We'll explore how exercise and healthier eating habits (not dieting) can lead to improved metabolism, permanent weight loss, and improved health and vitality. Friends of the King Library Booksale

The Friends of the King Library are having a booksale. The revenues from these sales are donated back to the library for use in sponsoring a variety of community and literacy projects.
