Did you know? Tomorrow is Start Walking at Work Day!

This Wednesday, April 25th, is Start Walking at Work Day, promoting physical activity at the workplace in an effort to help Americans live longer, healthier, lives. A Harvard alumni study in the New England Journal of Medicine shows that most people can gain 2 hours of life expectancy for every 1 hour of vigorous exercise. Studies also show walking to be the form of exercise that people are least likely to quit. Take a break and take a walk!
