Lessons learned from the Arthritis Workshop...

Dr. J. Chiu of the Wellness Awareness Foundation presented a talk on natural solutions to arthritis pain yesterday. In short, arthritis is a physical ailment that requires a physical form of treatment. Treatments include: low impact exercises such as walking, swimming, bicycling, stretching ; dieting if overweight ; vitamins and minerals such as Vitamins A, C, E, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate ; proper posture; and chiropractic care.
